About us

Since 1990, the AGRANA group has a presence in Korea with manufacturing facilities in the city of Chung-buk province as well as our corporate offices in Seoul, where we transform premium fruit into top quality fruit preparations. Our production plant is located in close proximity to customers in order to be able to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

1990 November

 Contracted  a Joint-venture with SIAS MPA (France)

1990 November

 Established SIAS KOREA Co., Ltd.(capital: 3,160M KRW)

1991 May

 Launched operation, started selling FP

1994 January

 Capital increase (7,500M KRW)

1995 September

 Implemented Bag-in-Box, exported FP to ASI.Taiwan

1997 July

 Exported to Nestle HongKong, Danone Guang Zhou/Shanghai

1997 December

 Start sauce business

1998 November

 Awarded one-million US$ export prize from the ROK govenrnent

1999 May

 Introduced fruit drinks in a plastic bottle 1.8L

2000 August

 Granted ISO 9001 certification from KMA

2000 October

 Export FP to Japan (Nippon Luna Co., Ltd.)

2002 May

 Name changed to ATYS

2003 September

 Closed sauce business

2005 April

 Acquired HACCP certificate from SGS

2006 July

 Merged to AGRANA GP.

 Implemented ISO 22000 certified by SGS

 Acquired HACCP certificate from KFDA
