Our product offering for fruit preparations in bakery applications includes:
- Thermostable fruit preparations for filling before baking: These preparations can keep the shape and color after baking at temperatures of 170-200°C for up to 20 minutes.
- Non-thermostable fruit preparations for filling after baking: We also offer non-thermostable fruit preparations with our without pieces. The size of the pieces varies from 3x3mm up to 13x13mm - also whole berries are possible as interlayer.
